Outstanding customer service I have used Boardwalk for many years. I have had the pleasure of working with Dan, Paul and Larry directly in the service department. I have also worked with Steve who is the service director. The staff at Boardwalk have always done an extremely good job in handling my needs. Their level of customer care is possibly some of the best I have ever seen. I recently had an issue and although I was concerned at first, they stepped up and went above and beyond to make the situation right in every way. (Thank you Steve!!) If there is any way that they can make your request become a reality, these guys will do it. You can't ask for much better. More

I get the service, quality and attention to detail that you would exp Even though this is a Ferrari/Maserati dealership, I have my Audi serviced here. I get the service, quality and attention to detail that you would expect as a Ferrari owner at the same (or often, better) rates that I see from German automobile repair shops. With this service crew I am always confident that I get more than I asked for. They always pay attention to what I think I need and yet when my car is returned to me I"m always impressed with their attention to the little things that let me know that they went beyond what I asked. If you are looking for the most skilled and professional shop in DFW, this is it.. More

An always amazing experience I've been a Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati of Plano customer since 2004. Over that period of time I've purchased a number of new and pre-owned cars. E I've been a Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati of Plano customer since 2004. Over that period of time I've purchased a number of new and pre-owned cars. Each and every time the staff has gone out of their way to ensure I have the best experience in customer service. Through the process of ordering several new cars Nathan Dunning, Brian Benjamin and Shad Warren have been absolutely the best in making sure that my new car is exactly what I want. Upon delivery the whole process is easy and straight forward and the car is delivered in perfect condition. When it comes time for service the team led by Steve Fordham that includes Larry Neighbors, Paul Frey and Quentin Forge make completing the service the easiest that it can be. I can recommend Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati of Plano without reservation!!!! More

As it should be.. The entire Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati team really seems to have it together. I've gotten great customer service every single time I've gone in there and I didn't even buy my Maserati from there!! From the front office to the back service bay the attitude and customer 1st feel is consistent. Very cool and yet very rare in this day and age. More

Customer Service Exceeded Expectations When my vehicle required service, Paul was great to work with. Throughout the entire vehicle repair, he kept me informed on the status and took the time to answer every question presented. Also, the repair was completed ahead of schedule which was a huge bonus, It is obvious he takes pride in his work and truly understand his clients needs. More

Ferrari and Maserati service at Boardwalk-my experience. I was always skeptical of dealer service until I began using Boardwalk. The service staff is intelligent, friendly, and interested in my service conce I was always skeptical of dealer service until I began using Boardwalk. The service staff is intelligent, friendly, and interested in my service concerns. They are very complete with regard to recommended service and preventative maintenance. I have owned a variety of performance cars throughout the years and I really appreciate their thoroughness and their willingness to accommodate any difficulties and preferences. They greatly enhance the pleasure of Ferrari and Maserati ownership. I have dealt with Boardwalk for ten years, and, prior to that, I would have thought it impossible to be pleased with any dealership service department. I will continue to rely on Boardwalk for service on my late model Ferrari and Maserati. More

Great service experience As a relatively new used-Ferrari owner, I was anxious to take my car in for its first annual service. Having worked with Steve Fordham several years As a relatively new used-Ferrari owner, I was anxious to take my car in for its first annual service. Having worked with Steve Fordham several years ago as my service advisor on a prior vehicle, I knew that I would be in good hands. After a detailed inspection by Chris, Boardwalk's resident 360 guru, Paul Frey called me with the list of recommded items. Paul took the time to walk me through all the things my car needed now, as well as "watch list" items that could wait for a while before addressing them. Paul allowed me to come in the shop to talk with Chris and take a look at my car while it was up on the lift. The Boardwalk Service Team kept me well informed throughout the service process and, as a result, they have a very satisfied customer. Kudos's to the entire Boardwalk Service Team! More
