I communicated with Devon Giddings via i My wife and I purchased a 2018 Mazda CX-9 last night and had our first wonderful car buying experience ever! I communicated with Devon Giddings via internet before coming in, and he had everything set up for our arrival and was extremely accommodating and personable. Our salesperson was Paul Gallo, who took over and continued with an outstanding job beginning with the test drive and thoroughly explaining all features. Most importantly, even when it came to the dreaded negotiation process, we felt zero pressure and both Paul and Devon worked with us to make us feel confident about our purchase, which is very important. We finalized our purchase with Garrett Evans, the finance manager, and he thoroughly explained all our options and available extra features and set everything up, again without pressure. Paul even stayed outside with us after hours to go over anything else we needed and made sure we were completely happy with our purchase before we left. I came in on the defensive due to previous car buying experiences, and am pretty quick to stop and leave if I feel uncomfortable during a vehicle purchase, but that did not happen. Even on a busy night, all three gentlemen did a phenomenal job taking care of us. They all communicated with us on a personal level, making it genuine, like we weren't just another number. We will most definitely recommend them to our friends and family! More
