He and the entire Garavel organization from Sales, to Service, to Finance, to Admin, played no small role in my decision to purchase a new vehicle. Mike, the sales mgr and Mr. Garavel himself - treated me with courtesy in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Wrangler Rob made the entire transaction a breeze, to include a generous offer for our trade-in that helped facilitate the deal. When I think of the purchase experience, I think of Wrangler Rob (sales), Big Mike (Mgr), TJ (Service), Albert (Finance), and of course, Mr. Garavel himself (owner!). He went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for and in the price range I needed. He was so informative with everything so I knew exactly what was going out through the procedure of purchasing my car. Before leaving, he thoroughly showed me every nook and cranny of the car and what everything single button did and such, along with a tour of the Garavel dealership which included showing me their service department at which I'll be using. The entire experience start to finish was handled so well, I will definitely recommending Garavel, specifically Rob O'Melia, to all my friends and family. More
