Jessica was excellent in expediting the finance process and explaining all the paperwork in a timely fashion. The car was ready when I arrived to pick it up . It had a full tank of gas and looked beautiful. Kyle quickly put the plates on the car and even programmed my phone. The whole experience from the beginning to the end was excellent. It was the best experience I have had so far leasing a car I have wanted to own another Jeep Wrangler for a long time. NEVER AGAIN FORD!! I had purchased a used 2014 Ford F150 from a local dealership and from the 1st day I just wasn't satisfied with it or the dealership. The ride and per I had purchased a used 2014 Ford F150 from a local dealership and from the 1st day I just wasn't satisfied with it or the dealership. The ride and performance were average but not near my expectations. I do not believe the vehicle was thoroughly inspected prior to sale as there were a few quirks that needed to be fixed over the term I owned it. February 2018 I decided to take a minute to stop by Garavel just to see what my options were and I ended up walking out with a 2018 Ram 1500 Big Horn. Neal Bournique happily took me on a test drive (twice) and from the moment I heard the door close tightly and the precision fit to the responsiveness and comfort of the cabin. Neal walked me through the inventory and options and quickly found a fit for my needs. Mr. Garavel also took the time from his obviously busy schedule to thank me for choosing Garavel. As of today there is only 500 miles on the truck but there is no doubt that Dodge will always beat Ford. More
