An extremely positive experience! We came in simply looking for options to consider. We left happy new owners of an SRX. We ALWAYS take a while to come to a final decision on important buying decisions. This time we were totally surprised with the speed at which we could make that decision. Our previous vehicle was just totaled in an accident and we were simply trying to find something that fit our simple needs: a vehicle that fits both of us with vary different heights that is comfortable and has good visibility. Marty listened to us and showed us a couple vehicles that he felt would fit the requirements. He was not pushy or aggressive in any way. He even was very good humored as my wife and I teased each other while trying out the choices. If more sales people were like him we would have had a much harder time making our final decision. After we decided that an SRX would be what we want if we were to get a Cadillac we met and talked with Paul. He was very relaxed, easy to deal with and open to negotiation. Like Marty he was not pushy. The quality of the vehicle and the staff at Coulter made us feel extremely comfortable making a buying decision even as our search was just beginning. More

Unwilling to "Unwind" the Deal I will start with the positive...the salesman Bill Jurczak. From start to finish he was very informative, very helpful, very professional and most imp I will start with the positive...the salesman Bill Jurczak. From start to finish he was very informative, very helpful, very professional and most importantly NOT pushy. He was honestly the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. My wife and I ended up leasing a 2015 Enclave. The whole process of the negotiations through the final agreement went quick and painless. I felt we were getting the vehicle we were looking for at a great price. Now for the negative......Sales Manager John Wacker and GM Paul Glans. I took delivery of the vehicle at 2:35pm on Monday 9/17/15. At 4:30pm that same day my wife notified me she had just been laid off and would be done working in 2 weeks. I immediately contacted Lindsay the Finance Mgr to explain the situation to see if there was any way we could return the vehicle and stop the deal since it had only been 2 hrs since I signed the contract. She stated that she had not submitted the contract to the bank yet...but she couldn't make the decision to cancel the deal and she would need to give Paul Glans (GM) my contact info so he could make the decision to cancel the deal or not. Lindsay informed me that Paul had left for the evening but would be back around 11am the following morning. About 10 minutes later John Wacker called me after he had talked to Lindsay about my situation. He said he was going to try and contact Paul and he would get back to me. I waited 2hrs for a return call that never came so I called John back and he said nothing could be done until Paul was in the next day at 11am. He also informed me that the contract had already been sent to GMC so there wasn't anything they could do for me. I hung up and drove the vehicle back to the dealership before they closed for the day to ask John how the paperwork could've been sent into GMC since I had talked to Lindsay at 4:50pm and she said she still had the contract in front of her and was leaving at 5pm for the day. He gave me some excuse about that they processed it when I was at the dealer on Sunday doing the negotiations. When I asked him how they could process and finalize it on Sunday when I didn't sign the actual lease agreement until Monday afternoon he just gave me a blank stare and said I don't know but it's done. Fast forward to the next morning...I arrived at the dealer with the vehicle around 8:15am. I again asked John about the discrepancy in the information I had been told about the paperwork already being finalized...again his response was you signed a contract there is nothing we can do. I walked across the street and talked with Lindsay and she informed me that the paperwork was most likely sitting in their small office behind the GM/Buick building because the woman who would've needed to process it was busy closing out end of mid month paperwork so she wouldn't have had time to get mine done. She checked and said Paul was coming in at 11 and very politely explained to me where the customer lounge with refreshments was if I was going to wait. Paul came and found me in the lounge when he arrived. I explained to him my circumstances and asked him if we could cancel the transaction because of my wife losing her job and her being the major source of income for our family. We had traded in our Cadillac Escalade and used the equity to pre pay a 3yr lease on the Buick so I explained to Paul that my wife and I felt more comfortable owning the Escalade so if financial times got tight we could sell it and use the equity to pay every day bills and support our 3 young children. He explained that they normally do not take vehicles back but he would talk to the other staff members and consider it since I had only owned the vehicle for 2hrs but he would need to call me later in the day. A few hours later he called to inform me of his decision to not cancel the transaction. He told me it was better for my family if we kept the Buick anyway because there wouldn't be any repair expenses for the vehicle over the next 3yrs.....I'm still trying to figure out why he thought it was a good idea to tell me what would be best for me and my family and our personal financial situation. Rather than argue with him I just said thank you and hung up. I was going to spare them a negative review until my wife received a phone call from a Sales Manager another Buick dealer she had contacted prior to visiting Coulter asking if she was still interested in a vehicle. When she explained to him that we had already purchased a vehicle and shared our situation with him he actually asked my wife why we didn't return the vehicle we purchased to the dealer. When she told him I tried starting 2hrs after we purchased it until 12pm the following day with no success he couldn't believe it. I also contacted 2 other Managers at other GMC dealers and they said there should not have been a problem with returning the vehicle and cancelling the deal. Unfortunately Paul and John are too focused on closing the deal and making the sale....instead of showing a little compassion for a customer that has purchased 7 GM vehicles in the last 15 years....the last 3 being Cadillac Escalades. For this reason I would never buy a vehicle from this dealer again and I will never buy a GM vehicle again. More

Other dealers should send their staff here for training because it is simply the tip of sword! From my first phone call with Jim Knights the sales manager, top notch service from Bill Jurczak my salesman, professional hospitality from Paul Glans the General Manager, quick execution by Mike Kemp in finance, and even the rockin food from Georgia in the kitchen was awesome! So glad I bought my vehicle here not only for the fair deal but also the piece of mind moving forward and confidence in them in the future. Thank you very much everyone at Coulter Cadillac! More
