speechless at the quality I hate buying new cars....period! My current vehicle is 15 years old and although it is still running well my mechanic and I decided it is time to get I hate buying new cars....period! My current vehicle is 15 years old and although it is still running well my mechanic and I decided it is time to get a new car. Ugh. My Isuzu rodeo has been fantastic, but since they are no longer made parts are getting scarce. So my journey started to figure out what I would replace it with. I narrowed it down to the Terrain and the Escape. For many reasons the Terrain won. I am so excited. I got to order it exactly what I wanted. A big thank you to Paul Glans and Dureen. I met Paul through the Arabian Horse world and he has become a friend. Paul even told me if I decided on the Escape over the Terrain he would do anything he could to help me out. Because of that attitude and professionalism even if the Terrain had not edged out the Escape and I felt they were an equal in every way, I would have gone with the Terrain. Coulter on Camelback made the whole process so easy. I was treated as if I was buying $100,000 vehicle. I can't thank everyone involved in the process enough. Dureen who has shown me all the exciting 'toys' my car is equipped with and how to use them. I cannot stress in words how I dreaded the whole process and how thankful I am to the staff at Coulter for making it a wonderful experience. More
