Purchasing my Cadillac: I would like to take a few minutes of my time to express my experience with Coulter Cadillac. It was by far the best experience I have ever had with I would like to take a few minutes of my time to express my experience with Coulter Cadillac. It was by far the best experience I have ever had with any car dealership, and I'm not saying to be nice but because it's the truth. My wife and I drove over 100 miles from Tucson to look for cars in Phoenix and specifically Coulter Cadillac. As it was time to replace my '05 STS, we had seen that Coulter had a pre-owned CTS that met our requirements(seen on cars.com). When we arrived at Coulter we were greeted right away by Marty Katz, he was warm, friendly and personable, we had instant connection, it was like we were visiting our favorite Uncle Marty. Although we were saddened when Marty told us the CTS had sold just yesterday, he said that he had some other pre-owns that met our requirements. Marty was extremely knowledgeable and patient, he took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything to our satisfaction. Marty made our experience of purchasing a car a real delight, from helping to sync my phone's bluetooth to the car, dealing with OnStar, showing me exactly what I needed to do to activate Sirius XM radio and getting me familiar with all the features of my new car. Outstanding job, I couldn't be more pleased. So once again, my sincere thanks to the entire team at Coulter (Paul and Mike too) but especially to Marty. I just purchased my new Cadillac ELR last week from the professionals at Coulter Cadillac. Everyone associated with my purchase was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was extremely impresse professionals at Coulter Cadillac. Everyone associated with my purchase was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was extremely impressed that even though this is a completely new product for Cadillac with an electric drivetrain, the team at Coulter knew the car well and answered all of my questions. They even set up a personal tutorial for me on a Sunday afternoon to go through all of the car's features as well as the shortcuts so that I get the most out of my new car. However the thing that stuck out the most for me was how quickly we got the deal completed. From the time I walked onto their lot to look at the car (I had targeted the ELR) to the time I drove off away was just under 2 hours. That included a test drive, discussion and paperwork - really impressive!! At a typical dealership this is normally an all-day affair. I can honestly say that Paul Glans, Allen Hall and John Harrell were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them and Coulter to any of my friends and associates. My husband and I went to Coulter Cadillac to look at the Buick Enclave and Encore. We were immediately greeted by Wes Pogue and he took us upstairs to look at our options. We narrowed it down to two and we test drove both. When we had made a decision we looked at all our options available, new and used. We decided on a 2014 Certified Used Enclave and began the process. Paul and Wes were wonderful to work with and worked with us to reach a deal we could both live with. They were professional throughout. After we struck a deal we went into meet with Mike. Again, he was knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. Everyone we met while at the dealership was friendly and professional.
