I don't think I've ever felt as well taken care of as I was with Allan and his team at Coulter. He was ready for us when we arrived, had asked all the questions and had done his research on what m of as I was with Allan and his team at Coulter. He listened to what was important to us and presented the cars that met those needs. He didn't push at all but let us make up our own minds. After the sale he was incredible (as has been Debbile Niles and Paul Glans). He spent several hours with me getting me acqainted with the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with all of the bells and whistles. He even introduced me to Brad Majercin, the Service Manager so that I would feel comfortable when I brought the car in for servicing. I really felt like it wasn't just a sale but he was building a relationship with me and Coulter. I would definitely recommend Allan and the team and Coulter to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. More

Visited this dealer because of selection of the model I was interested in - Enclave/Acadia. Made one "scouting" trip on my own and returned a few days later with my wife. We were able to see a variety of the model we were interested in and test drove two cars to decide between Buick and GMC. We were treated with the highest level of courtesy and respect from everyone in the place. Every question answered honestly and even our unasked questions were anticipated. Marty, our sales consultant, knew every detail of every function of the model we selected (Enclave) and spent hours (literally) explaining every setting of every menu item on the Intelli-Link system. We wound up with features and trim that I never thought we would be able to afford, and we especially appreciated that the finance process was quick and easy, without any hard-sell of add-ons. We came to Coulter to get away from the corporate indifference of the north Scottsdale FLW dealers, and were rewarded with a true respectful person-to-person buying experience. More

I have bought a lot of cars over the years, and no one, in my experience has offered a more caring attitude toward the customer, than Allen Hall.
