I have known Allen Hall on a casual basis for several years. If you know Allen you know he is in automobile sales. He is a professional and proud of the service he provides. When my old car quit and was uneconomical to repair, I wen to Allen at Coulter Cadillac. I gave him a summary as to what I wanted and some financing targets I had in mind. Allen ask a few clarifying questions and took me to the new car storage area. He showed me three different vehicles which met my criteria. After I selected the car I wanted, we went to Allen's office and worked out the price and financing arrangements with the help of Paul Glans. Due to a scheduling problem on my part I could not take delivery of the vehicle for a couple of days. Allen made arrangements so that I was not out of a car for this period of time. Allen listened to what I wanted and did not try to upgrade me or try to sell me something I was not interested in. The whole experience was hassle free, pleasant and I got what I wanted on my terms. I drove away happy in a new GMC Terrain. I highly recommend Allen Hall if you are interested in a new car. Paul Glans works well as a team member with Allen on the pricing and financing details. This was my second trip to purchase a car from Allen Hall and Paul Glans. In 2010 my wife and I purchased an SRX from them. I decided that I wanted to get a CTS for myself. I came in to Coulter happy to see them and they treated me fairly and the whole process ran perfectly. Going through finance with Debbie was a great experience as well. She knows her stuff and is quick and efficient. When I called Allen to look for the CTS, I didn't expect that he would remember me at all. As soon as I said my name he instantly remembered me, my wife, my son, and what car we bought and about when we bought it. I was absolutely amazed as that was the first time I bought a car through him (or even met him) and he had that good of a memory of a client from nearly 2 years ago. Whenever I buy a car in the future, I will always start with Allen Hall and Paul Glans! So much so that while I was buying mine, I found a great upgrade for my wifes SRX and we upgraded her car with a very fair deal. This is a team and a dealership that I would confidently recommend to my closest friends and family. They are easy to deal with, know their stuff, treat you well, and are the most customer focused dealership I have ever purchased a car from. More
