Bo Sigler was awesome he took care of our Escalade. Didn’t realize we had come to the end of our warranty, he went through the vehicle from starboard to stern and make sure everything was perfect. Buying a new car in 2021-2 timeframe is difficult due to limited availability, supply-chain issues, etc. So I put my trust in Coulter Cadillac to order a new 2022 auto. I knew that in the current environment that it would take longer, but the salesman, Thomas Burros, kept me informed along the way, and ultimately I got the new car just as I had ordered it.
