Best experience in sixty years Been buying cars for over sixty years and this was the easiest, fastest, and most enjoyable purchase I have made. Dealership did not have the color(gr Been buying cars for over sixty years and this was the easiest, fastest, and most enjoyable purchase I have made. Dealership did not have the color(green) that we wanted, but Dan and Paul Gomez (Sales Manager) got it the next day, delivered to our house (a first) fifty miles away. Entire process took @ two hours (no F&I back office guy taking three hrs. trying to sell me what I don't want or need). No down payment; wrote a check for the car and signed all the paperwork when the valet service delivered the car. Congratulations, it was a pleasure! More

The customer service and treatment was exceptional. I've never felt so relaxed and stress free from the purchase of a car. So many things impressed me about Lakeland Audi from the sales people to the management. What stands out the most is the limited length of time it took to complete the process less than an hour and a half. I ask anyone when have you ever purchased a car and been out in that time frame "NEVER" anyone in the market for a new or used car I highly recommended Lakeland Audi better then 5 star definitely 10 star. Found a car 10 minutes before closing. Showed up at the dealer 10 minutes before the dealer closed. We weren’t rushed or treated like we were a bother. They stayed late to help answer quest Showed up at the dealer 10 minutes before the dealer closed. We weren’t rushed or treated like we were a bother. They stayed late to help answer questions, take a test drive, and then let us take the car home to make up our minds. The next day they didn’t bother us about coming back at a certain time, they explained all the warranty and add-ons available, and took care of the one issue we had with the vehicle. I hope not to buy another car for years to come, but if I do, I’ll make sure to head back up there. More
