However, the professionalism, charisma and relaxed atmosphere provided with my visit to Lakeland Audi was something to write home about. Kayla Lowery and Paul Gomez were simply amazing. They asked me questions and listened intently. They guided me in the right direction for what I was looking for with ease and kindness. Even when I decided to not buy a vehicle the day I visited, I got smiles and ‘hope to see you soon’s’. When I am ready to buy a car, I’ll definitely be going back to Lakeland Audi to see Kayla! More

Finally a straight forward dealership!!! Called into Audi Lakeland for a Mercedes C300 that was on their lot and is now in my driveway. Got lucky enough to have my call taken by Paul, the sales manager. He was straight forward and made sense of what worked for them when it came to a fair deal for everyone involved. We came to a deal over the phone and he assisted in making the process swift and efficient. Once arrived, I worked with Kayla and she had everything printed out and ready to go. Car was in good condition, they even allowed me to look at all the work that was done when they traded for the car. Overall phenomenal experience! More

That really stood out to me as most dealerships ask you if you want the car or not before taking time out of their day to be so thorough in breaking down the car. Once back inside this beautiful dealership, we were introduced to Paul the Sales Manager. He worked up a quote that was fair and we moved forward. Honestly, the deal itself(price) was fair but not the greatest and we all knew that. The experience was what pushed me to purchase the car. I would much rather pay a fair price then deal with the back and forth banter that gives me anxiety when buying a car. Extremely impressed!!! Thanks Mario, Paul and Audi Lakeland! More

I called them up to inquire if they could work with the price range I had. Through the process I worked with Mario and he did a great job working with me to be able to purchase the vehicle. He was extremely helpful, available and resourceful with assisting me through any questions I had. Mario was very responsive but not overbearing like other dealers. He also went above and beyond taking care of my old car, and made the transition very smooth. Overall I’m happy with the vehicle I purchased and the overall buying process and I would definitely buy here again. More
