STEVE ROCKS! The moment I arrived on the lot, the first thing I noticed was this gentleman’s awesome hair—Steve immediately greeted me and offered his assistance. The moment I arrived on the lot, the first thing I noticed was this gentleman’s awesome hair—Steve immediately greeted me and offered his assistance. He was kind, friendly, and listened to my requests. During the course of two days of car shopping, I never had to remind him of what I was in search of. There was absolutely no pressure and not once did he try and convince me to look at vehicles outside of my specific requests. My two littles (3 and 1 year old) tagged along with me during the process and Steve and other staff did everything they could to accommodate me and my children—offered water, snacks, brought over a basket of children’s books, and even gave them balloons. The service was excellent and they made my experience a pleasurable one, but more importantly, it was genuine. Steve was determined to get me into the vehicle of my choice and worked with my circumstances. After a couple hours on the lot, I left with chocolates, a gift certificate for dinner, and my GMC Acadia!
