I was happy with my trade in value, and Paul made sure the new car I was buying was in tip top condition. Leaving the dealership I feel like I made friends with a group of people. I have been a fan of ford vehicles since 1999. I highly recommend people to visit Sayville Ford and give Paul a shout if you are looking for a great experience getting into a new vehicle. More

Found used truck online for 19.999 come in to see they raise I came in for a truck priced at market rate of 20.000. Callef they said come in. Get there they cant find truck. Finally find it getting detailed offs I came in for a truck priced at market rate of 20.000. Callef they said come in. Get there they cant find truck. Finally find it getting detailed offsite. Come back a week later when they say its ready its still not there and they raised price to 22.000 non negotiable. Sales manager was very very rude and full of himself. Thank for waisting my time. She absolutely made me feel comfortable during my process and was very precise in answering all of my questions. She took into consideration my check list for the type of vehicle i would like to purchase. After "ping ponging" different vehicles, she finally found the vehicle of my dreams! I am absolutely in love with my new Chevrolet Traverse! She called me Thursday morning with good news about finding a vehicle and by the afternoon I was taking delivery! Paul was extremely fair in price and I would use them again in a heartbeat! Tom Lumley the finance manager was absolutely amazing as well.
