Everyone was so patient and respectful, not once did they try to push a sale on me. I was indecisive and pretty much driving them crazy for weeks. They showed me numerous models, went over the accessories and “need to have” list, drew up prices so I had an idea of what I could afford, and needless to say found me exactly what I was looking for. I’ve had my truck for over a year now and it’s still my favorite purchase I’ve made. I go back every few months for maintenance and to say hi to the awesome staff. Bought a used Explorer I found a good price on a slightly used 2017 platinum Explorer. The carfax had an accident so I inquired about it and was told it was a rear bumper co I found a good price on a slightly used 2017 platinum Explorer. The carfax had an accident so I inquired about it and was told it was a rear bumper cover replaced and that there was absolutly nothing else wrong with the car. I made a long trip to purchase the vehicle and after getting it home and washing it I found some scuffs in the paint on the rear left quarter panel and a cracked turn light in the driver mirror when I opened the passenger door I noticed that the front right quarter panel had been replaced. I was not made aware of these issues and feel that I had not been properly informed by the used car manager about the vehicle prior to purchase. If I were aware of these damages I would not have bought the car. More
