Lauren was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Her manager and the gentleman working next to her weren’t very nice however. At one point Lauren asked the man working next to her a question, and he Her manager and the gentleman working next to her weren’t very nice however. At one point Lauren asked the man working next to her a question, and he gave her a short, rude response. I honestly felt bad for her at that point and my feeling was Lauren may be dealing with a hostile work environment. Lauren was able to accommodate my service request and even called to follow up after the fact. More
