I was referred to Ian by a co-worker of mine, she raved about how he's a great salesman and how she trusted him. When I got in contact with him I said what i needed how much I could afford and he told me t about how he's a great salesman and how she trusted him. Less than a week later I have a "new" used accord which I love. Also financing with Paul Leahy was great, he explained everything about the loan and found the best rate for me, and pushed to get me a better warranty!! Being a first time buyer I was nervous but I must say they made me feel comfortable and confident I made a good purchase. I initially contacted the internet sales team. Regina Acito gave me a call, discussed my needs and was able to provide me aggressive price quote for a Tacoma TRD Sport. When I arrived at the showroom I worked with Gunther Wu on investigating the diffent options (Double Cab vs Access Cab). Gunther was very patient as my wife and I figured out what was the best vehicle to meet our needs. The price we paid for our Access Cab Tacoma TRD Sport was consistent with the internet pricing we received from Regina Acito. The trade in process was very easy, We were able to get a fair value for out trade in. We picked up the vehicle last night. The overall sales, trade-in, and financing experience was excellent. Gunther and Paul Leahy (Business Manager) were very professional and did not try and pressure us into anything.
