Very Frustrating I called on July 25 to schedule an appointment to have a recall order fixed on my 2019 Nissan Leaf. I spoke with someone that scheduled me for an appo I called on July 25 to schedule an appointment to have a recall order fixed on my 2019 Nissan Leaf. I spoke with someone that scheduled me for an appointment for July 26 at 10:00. When I arrived I was told there was no appointment. I was taken to another service advisor who verified there was nothing in their system for my service. I actually had to pull my phone out to prove that I had contacted the correct dealer to schedule the service. The service advisor checked that the parts were in, but I would need to leave the car with them for the entire day as I didn't have a scheduled appointment. I had other obligations so I scheduled for the following Friday at 7:00 a.m. I arrived on time, asked if they could rotate the tires and wash the car also. The recall order was estimated to take an hour and a half. About an hour and forty five minutes later the service advisor came to tell me the tire rotation and car wash were done, however not all the parts were included in the recall kit. My service order was being held open and I would be notified when the parts were in. Almost a week later and I have not heard anything. I sent an email to Paul Lecher explaining my frustration with my experience. I have not had any type of response at all. More

Can't process a warranty claim We had a paint issue on the trunk lid of our Altima which should be a warranty claim. The Body Shop manager said it is a common known issue and would We had a paint issue on the trunk lid of our Altima which should be a warranty claim. The Body Shop manager said it is a common known issue and would definitely be covered. 3 months later and numerous phone calls and visits (1.5 hours round trip to this location), the Service Department Manager and the Body Shop Manager still can't figure out how to get the claim started. We gave up because of the unbelievable hassle this became. My husband took the car to Rosen and it was fixed in less than a week. More

I probably switch dealership for my service Mechanic doesn’t use gloves leave lotta oil marks on my car he have hard time open safety panel.
