Hello Eric, I thought I would hear from the service manager to discuss this, but that has still not happened. After your response I received a call that the parts were in. When I called to set up an appointment I never had to give my name, just stated that I was having recall work completed. My appointment was set up for August 16 at 7:00 a.m. The only contact Paul Lecher has bothered to have with me was to send me an email reminding me of my appointment. I was checked in very courteously by Danielle. The recall work was completed and in less time than it was quoted. Charles Yang notified me when the work was completed. I don't have a very high opinion of Mr. Yang. The first time I brought my car in for a complimentary car wash, Mr. Yang was the advisor that took my car to be washed. I was a little surprised to see my car come speeding in through the parking lot and into the service bay. Not how I would expect someone to treat a customer car. I understand the Leaf has more power than people may expect. Mr. Yang seemed a little surprised when I was in the service bay as he was hopping out of my car to tell another service advisor of the fun he had with my car. This is the third and final car that I will purchase from a Russ Darrow dealership.
