Salesman is excellent! Fair price on new vehicle and trade in. General manager is personable and went out of her way to meet us and chat. The financial person who sold maintance and warantee s was very difficult to work with. He talked at us and was hammering us to buy now. It was so awful we were ready to walk out. Until he said there is another option. The general manager reached out for us to talk with her further. It would have been a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for him. He needs training in customer service or retirement. More
