I wish I had done my homework when buying out the lease on my 2019 RX350 L. All the certified options you can add on a "buying the car from a lease" were presented to me by Steve in a whirlwind sales prese on my 2019 RX350 L. My fault for not doing the necessary research. After working with Paul Licausi for months on deciding whether to buy out the lease or just turn in the vehicle after the 36,000 miles; I thought he would be in charge of the whole process. Wrong. They move you from one person to the next person till your head was spinning. It is all said and done know. Probably spent too much on the "certified packages". More
