Purchase of pre owned 2016 Miata I saw a pre owned Miata that I liked and that has been my dream car for years. Communication and underhandedness I was told that my first payment would be paid for if I gave them $1000 down which I did not want to do. I was told my first payment was due May 27th I was told that my first payment would be paid for if I gave them $1000 down which I did not want to do. I was told my first payment was due May 27th so I wouldn’t owe any money until June 27th. When I was about to leave the lease manager told me I hadn’t signed something and I said I had, but it didn’t make a difference. Now I have a letter that says my lease was filled out wrong and guess what? It’s the lease term portion. Needless to say I am going to have to come up with a payment this month and I wasn’t planning on it. I have just switched from a long time Toyota person to Mazda, but already I will never buy another Mazda and I will certainly never go to Jim Ellis again. All for $319 dollars. More
