Kudos to Antonio Natera, the best salesperson I’ve ever found. Everyone else around was very impressive as well: Ramon, the manager, John with Finances, Christine and Maria with Customer Services, Paul from Car Services, and Marshall with car parts. These guys just restored my faith in the big Orlando Dealerships. After several frustrating experiences with other big Japanese manufacturers in the area, Sport Subaru showed me what real commitment to Customer satisfaction means! Everyone is polite, knowledgeable, and diligent. They clearly understand how to conduct an amazing customer experience. My expectations were amazingly exceeded! Keep it up guys! I also received top value for my trade! The only negative thing (did not affect my rating) was the warranty options. Very expensive, short time frames, and high deductibles. If you are buying pre owned just be prepared for that. Thanks Sport Subaru! I love my new “to me” 2014 Impreza Wagon! More
