Oil Change and Surprise Recall I came in at 7:30am for an oil change today and Paul let me know of an outstanding recall on my vehicle. He said that I'd be out of there by about noo I came in at 7:30am for an oil change today and Paul let me know of an outstanding recall on my vehicle. He said that I'd be out of there by about noon. That's a long time to wait for service so he offered me a complimentary rental car. I had nothing planned, so I waited. He came out at 10am and let me know they were wrapping everything up! I was out 2 hours early and I got an email while I was there about a $10 rebate that I should be expecting. He even filled out a rebate online for me and I am also expecting to get $10 back now!!! More

When life hands you lemons, just call Paul!! I have dealt with Paul on a few occasions regarding repairs to my vehicle and each time he handled the case with confidence and pride. Although I know I have dealt with Paul on a few occasions regarding repairs to my vehicle and each time he handled the case with confidence and pride. Although I know he deals with numerous customers and claims, he never makes you feel like you are "just a number". I was in a rental in no time and he collaborated and coordinated each aspect of the repair in a matter that made me feel more than comfortable with him in charge. From start to finish everything seemed so seamless although I know repairs are never seamless!! His customer service skills are one of a kind! I couldn't have asked for a better individual to handle repairs for me. More

Coolant leak Recently I had a bad coolant leak with my Tarus, I took vehicle to Pacifico ford early morning, within minutes I was greeted by assit.service manager Recently I had a bad coolant leak with my Tarus, I took vehicle to Pacifico ford early morning, within minutes I was greeted by assit.service manager Paul Rubin, Paul immediately begin to address my car problems, he was very professional and friendly, Paul advised me it was water pump, he immediately placed me in rental vehicle while waited for parts to come in,as problem was covered under warranty. I have worked with paul few times in past and he has always addressed my vehicle problems quickly & professionally. I thank Paul excellent service! More
