Big Mistake! I purchased a used Toyota Sequoia from Griffin dealership. I looked at it at dusk and because my salesman told me that three other people wanted it and it was “so clean”.I took it. When we picked it up it was raining and it had several dents. It was priced at maximum value. They will not stand behind it. More

Exemplary experience The concierge was away on a vacation day, but the sales manager, Paul, stepped up taking all of my information and requirements. Early the next day I The concierge was away on a vacation day, but the sales manager, Paul, stepped up taking all of my information and requirements. Early the next day I received a call from Zach, the Lincoln Concierge, and he followed up directly with all of my questions, and arranged vehicles for me to test drive. We were most interested in the Aviator which was delivered directly to our home by the owner of the dealership who again answered our questions. After testing the aviator for a weekend, we discovered the Navigator L Reserve to be the vehicle that suited our wants and needs. Zach arranged for the vehicle that met our requirements to be available and we closed on Tuesday afternoon. It was all extremely quick and smooth with a thorough explanation of the vehicle. My wife and I are extremely pleased. More
