My only complaint and the reason i removed 1 start was that it was very busy on my car pick up day, and it took over 1 1/2 hours to complete a small amount of paperwork to complete the sale. This left me with very little time to get oriented in my new car. In my opinion, the paperwork should have taken 15 minutes, and I would have preferred to spend more time getting oriented with the cars features with Paul. More

Waiting for service completion is convenient with comfortable waiting area, plentiful drinks and snacks in a kitchen like area with counter, chairs, and tables and good internet access. When service issues are complicated, courtesy cars are available. Another nice plus is that cars come back cleaned and freshly washed. More
