Not very pleased today. I’ve never had a problem with this dealership, but today I was charged $300+ dollars for a new tire, that I don’t think was warranted. So now I feel that I wasted money that could have been used for something more productive, like toward my new lease. Except for this, this dealership has always been good to me. More

I waited 4 hours for a tire rotation . And wheel alignment. Was told would be 1hour and a half . Wasted my whole day . Ridiculous. I should have gotten free oil change at least . I was warmly greeted as soon as I arrived. I was informed as to what service that was needed to be done on my vehicle and how long it would take for completion. I decided to wait in the waitin I was informed as to what service that was needed to be done on my vehicle and how long it would take for completion. I decided to wait in the waiting room till it was completed. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. The service was promptly completed as per the estimated time to my satisfaction. More
