Last time I came in for service he saw that I was waiting in my car to be checked in, he came out from behind his desk to help friendly and helpful. I went to the dealership for just an oil change. After 2 hours 15 minutes I went to inquire about the status of my car. I was told they had sent me an email over 45 minutes ago. I checked my email a After 2 hours 15 minutes I went to inquire about the status of my car. I was told they had sent me an email over 45 minutes ago. I checked my email and there was no email. We finally realized they sent it to my husband even though I gave them my email at check in. I was all along waiting and no one even came to ask me if I have seen the email that was sent to me. The tech then went over everything with me and when I decline to do the extra stuff they asked me to do he told me my car is ready and they will bring it up in 10 minutes. As I was sitting in the waiting room I saw that my car was sitting there but no one came to get me. I waited for another 10 to 15 minutes and went back to the tech and pointed to my car that it's been sitting there and no one called me. He was just on his phone and said oh I'm sorry. He felt bad that he made me pay my invoice right there instead of going to the cashier. Anytime I go to this particular location I never have any good experience. Most of the workers who do the paperwork don't care about customer service . I always have to go to them to remind them that my car is done because it's sitting at the waiting for pick up area. I was convinced to buy this lifetime oil change thing when I bought my car but I'm thinking about it if it's worth going to this place. More
