Fast service and honesty price. I had my car serviced in this workshop for more than 5 years, Paul always, welcomes me with his grace attitude and friendly. He explained thoroughl I had my car serviced in this workshop for more than 5 years, Paul always, welcomes me with his grace attitude and friendly. He explained thoroughly to details of the parts that need to fix. He took his time to answer my question even when he was very busy. He also educated me on how to take care of my car too. The price of service had never been overcharged when compared to the outside workshop. I was satisfied every time I took my car there. Thank you, Paul. More

When I showed up, he provided excellent customer service, telling me the longest amount of time I would wait and keeping me updated. It was supposed to take 2 hrs, and I got out in about 1.5 hours. They washed the car, which was a treat. I think they do that when you bring a car in for service. I highly recommend Universal Mitsubishi. More

I keep coming back! I have had my Mitsubishi serviced with these guys since I bought in 2009. Every once in a while I try someone else thinking it will be cheaper or clos I have had my Mitsubishi serviced with these guys since I bought in 2009. Every once in a while I try someone else thinking it will be cheaper or closer to my house and am always disappointed. I will keep driving from Santa Clarita because these guys are amazing! I can always trust that Paul and Armen will get me the best price and won't have unnecessary work done. More
