Always a Pleasure Paul is a great service manager. I went in for an oil change after making an appointment for Saturday morning and had my car back in no time. Top notch professionalism! The alternator light on my Mitsubishi Montero came on so I called Paul at the service dept and he said bring it in right away. When I took the car the The alternator light on my Mitsubishi Montero came on so I called Paul at the service dept and he said bring it in right away. When I took the car there they took it in right away. The waiting area is very clean and comfy and the coffee tastes better than brand name chains. Paul’s crew ran full diagnostics and identified the issue and ordered the part right away. Since I had to leave the car there I took the opportunity to do the 120 000 mike service ( a major one) and Paul gave me a great package deal. On top of that he gave me a rental on the house while they work on my Montero. The job was done by the time he said it would be and now my car drives like new! Thank you Paul and everyone at Universal Mitsubishi for your professionalism!!! May be we should send the city officials there to learn what efficiency and professionalism is. More
