Excellence at best! it's best! Have gone to many different Mitsubishi dealers like cerritos ,Anaheim original dealer were I bought my car and many more but have never rec it's best! Have gone to many different Mitsubishi dealers like cerritos ,Anaheim original dealer were I bought my car and many more but have never received the best services like Universal mitsubishi . Paul the service manager is outstanding the best manager I've seen in years. In my opinion he should get a raise due to the excellence and respect that he treats his customers all the time. I will continue to go to universal mitsubishi and once again Paul the service manager is awesome. I would definitely recommend any of my fellow Mitsubishi owners to go see Paul. More

Paul was awesome 👏 Paul is awesome 👏. He was awesome on my last visit and this one. His coworker spoke but wasn't helpful at all. He spoke and sent me to wait for Paul Paul is awesome 👏. Paul ALWAYS exhibits GREAT customer service with a smile. The other guy directly across from him didn't. He needs to smile and at least look 👀 like he wants to be there. The guy who brings the board for customers to sign acknowledging previous dents or marks on your car needs to speak to the customer. He also should explain why he's shoving a board in your face especially since he needs something from you. (A Signature) He also should speak ENGLISH and in complete sentences. Paul was GREAT 👍. More
