Paul confirmed to me if it was meant for a Saturday, and at 8:30AM. I confirmed back. Very understanding that I did a mistake, and I liked that Paul followed up on me because I made an error on the date. -Saturday service day. Brought my Evo, and Universal Mitsubishi team did their inspection prior to my service. -Paul confirmed what will be done to my Evo, just an oil change, and multi point inspection. No up selling. I actually requested additional service, a tire rotation. (Evo is a 4WD performance car.) -Within less than an hour. Job was done, and the team cleaned my Evo! Thank you Universal Mitsubishi, and Paul. I will be returning again with my Evo for future services. More
