Appreciate the budget options I work primarily with Paul during my visits, but have worked with Armen during previous visits. I feel confident in the recommendations from Paul and his team when they offer options, for instance new vs remanufacturer parts, to help the budget. I appreciate when they inform me that I can expect an upcoming service expense (i.e. new brakes, etc) so I can plan accordingly. My only complaint is the new location - the Glendale location was approx. 3-4 miles from work, which made drop off and pick up so much more convenient. More
