From the minute we got out of our vehicle we were pleased with the customer service we were recieving. Dennis was very pleasant and helpful. Paul Vera went out of his way to help us get the best deal possi with the customer service we were recieving. Dennis was very pleasant and helpful. Paul Vera went out of his way to help us get the best deal possible and was very pleasant and personable throughout the entire process. John VanScoy made the financing part of the process very relaxing. He helped us right up until we pulled out of the dealership with our new car. We will definitely return to Toyota of Orlando when it is time to get a new car. We definitely want to deal with Paul Vera and John VanScoy again. We have never been more pleased with a dealership than Toyota of Orlando. We highly recommend them. We love our new Camry!!! Thanks!!! More

The personnel we dealt with were all pleasant and I'm sure doing their job as trained . I love Toyotas BUT the advertising is deceptive, they try and put in extras in the price without discussion and t sure doing their job as trained . I love Toyotas BUT the advertising is deceptive, they try and put in extras in the price without discussion and the whole process takes forever ! Why after all the negotiating and signing does the finance guy have to do the final cleaning of the new vehicle , leaving the customer standing around yet again? I plan to keep my new vehicle for 10 years , partly because I can't face the whole deceptive buying process again! More

I really want to appreciate to all of the employee that care of me the day that I have purchase my brand new toyota Camry 2013. I just went to take a look and see prices, but they really understand my need care of me the day that I have purchase my brand new toyota Camry 2013. From chito,Paul and bud they are amazing, I had the best experience ever I never thought that's would drive a brand new car. I feel great that day and that was a good feeling. GREAT DEALER !!!! Michael Sumner is the best of best in Finance and make the process run more smooth!...The only downside it was the negotiation process which they didn't negotiate but besides that I would Finance and make the process run more smooth!...The only downside it was the negotiation process which they didn't negotiate but besides that I would recommend. From the very first salesman, Greg, we had a great experience. We were comparison shopping after having looked at Chevy and Dodge trucks, we saw a 2013 Toyota Tundra advertised online and drove 30 mil experience. We were comparison shopping after having looked at Chevy and Dodge trucks, we saw a 2013 Toyota Tundra advertised online and drove 30 miles to see what Toyota of Orlando had to offer. We looked at the truck that was advertised, plus every other used truck on your lot as well as a lot of new trucks. Greg didn't pressure us but patiently showed us back and forth through the trucks before finally test driving the vehicle we saw online. When we went inside, Greg introduced us to Paul Vera and Paul took over. He was skillful at getting more of a firm commitment out of us as we had not intended on purchasing that day. Between him and Mo Salah, they were able to get us into the truck we wanted at a price everyone was comfortable with. It was late and after closing and we never felt rushed by anyone on the staff. We were joking and talking with several different staff members that weren't even involved in our deal. Our finance guy, Michael Sumner, was personable and friendly and guided us through paperwork efficiently and even set us up with our service appointment for some vehicle options we had added to our truck. We would definitely recommend Toyota of Orlando to our friends and family as well as returning ourselves! More

Very nice people very professional. I bought the internet special and was happy with the price so didn't haggle. Although I still had to pay the "dealer prep, admin fee, etc" or whaterver they call it these special and was happy with the price so didn't haggle. It took a long time to get out of there and, as usual, they only offered half of what my trade in was valued by Bluebook. That seems to be the standard. But, overall a great experience. More
