We found a 4 Runner Premium we liked and the negotiations were pretty straight forward - although they pressed to buy the extended warrantee. Since it was Memorial Day, the showroom was crowded with buyers (they had the largest sales day in the history of the dealership) we waited a long time to close with finance. When we bought the Highlander two years earlier, the sale went very quickly. Taking delivery of the car was rushed, and after we drove it for a few days, we noticed that the wheels were out of balance. The dealership fixed that as soon as we brought it in. Our finance/closer Dessiree Figueroa did the paperwork expediently. More

Brian Carman took his time to explain all the safety features that are both great for me and my family, without his knowledge I probably wouldn't have purchased a brand new car. Going from a hot 2 door sports car to a 4 door family car was hard, but Brian really ensured I would enjoy my purchase for years to come! I can't begin to explain the trouble I put Paul Vera through, but he was patient and worked with my needs, I can't thank him enough! And last but not least Kimber Williams was phenomenal, she not only cared about me as a customer but as a person, really making me feel right at home! She was very friendly and outgoing.
