A-1 lives up to its name for the 4th Time!! As a repeat customer I always expect the next visit / purchase experience to be better than the last; and for the 5th time it was. With a Prius, 2 Avalons and 2 4Runners under our belt, I have nothing but great things to say about the dealership and our salesman (Quincy Smith). He has been with us from day 1. When we set foot into the dealership, we are welcomed like family. So much so, I went in to pick up a bug deflector for our new 4Runner and walked out with a new Avalon. Quincy is very attentive to the customers needs. I have learned that he will not try to oversell you to make a quick buck, but gives you what you want/need, so that when you return to get your next vehicle you will happy to do business with him again. Paul Wright....what do I say about him? Hilarious guy, but he knows his stuff. He sure know how to make you feel good about spending your money. He does this to help you protect your investment. Thank you Paul. Gary Dos Reis and John Durrani, although I only worked with you for a brief period of time during this sale, you professionalism and knowledge were key to the sale being a success. Juan Gil, you went above and beyond. Thank you for spending time off the clock to show us the vehicle again. To Anthony Horan and the rest of the Service Dept. You have my sincerest thank you. We were extremely satisfied since the moment we walked around the parking lot to look @ the vehicles. Not only were all factory sticker prices on each car, but there were additional sticker prices next to them reflecting A1's guaranteed no haggle price. This was very inviting, as who likes to play "pricing games" when making such an important purchase......NO ONE. Further the prices were great! They were much better than other dealerships we had visited. Also, there were many Rav 4s on the lot to choose from. A sales rep., Kevin Wright, came out to help us. He was very helpful and best of all, he was not a "pushy salesman." He had a calm, likable demeanor. We felt like he truly wanted to get us exactly what we wanted. Needless to say, we bought a car from him that very day. The process was easy and our accessories were put on within days. Upon returning to the dealership to pick up our car and finalize the deal, we met another terrific employee, Paul Wright, who was the financial manager. Paul was honest and helpful (funny as well). Great Car Buying Experience I purchased my new 2015 Toyota Tacoma at A-1 Toyota and had a very pleasant experience. It was nice not to have to deal with price negotiation or the I purchased my new 2015 Toyota Tacoma at A-1 Toyota and had a very pleasant experience. It was nice not to have to deal with price negotiation or the manager coming in to "close the deal." Quincy Smith was very helpful and we didn't feel the pressure that we had felt at other dealerships. He stayed late on his birthday to help get the purchase done in a timely manner. Paul Wright and Mustafa also stayed until past 9:30 PM to help us with the purchase as well. Overall it was a nice car buying experience and I would recommend A-1 Toyota to anybody looking for a new car or truck. The Tacoma has been great as well! More
