This is the third time I’ve wasted a big portion of my day on a simple oil change, every single time i spend literally 3 hours in the lobby for my car to be finished. And every single time i complain they day on a simple oil change, every single time i spend literally 3 hours in the lobby for my car to be finished. And every single time i complain they pull a fast one and say they will be providing me with a free oil change free of charge after my warranty coverage is over. That’s 2 oil changes so far that will be supposedly free of charge. I requested to be compensated for something better because every single time is always the same issue. At least some complementary tires. But apparently the best they can do is a free oil change but i know for a fact they won’t keep that end of the deal. Because not even local small businesses with less employees and tools take as long as this place More
