Paula is a professional, patience, and knowledgeable sales person.I informed her that I was shopping for a S450 and was going to look at another Mercedes dealership for a car and she told me to come to her site after looking at other cars. I definitely saved the best for last, she provided me and my wife a great buying experience. Shawn was extreme nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. This dealer is five star, friendly knowledgeable staff that’s willing to help you and the cars are in pristine condition. Really satisfied with my buying experience. Paula Gaillard, my sales / lease advisor is the most professional, knowledgable representative that I have worked with during the past 32 years in my relationship with Mercedes Benz. I have leased sever professional, knowledgable representative that I have worked with during the past 32 years in my relationship with Mercedes Benz. I have leased several cars with her guidance and recently purchased my last vehicle with her assistance. I hit a pot hole and unfortunately had to be towed to a nearby dealership. My car sat for 3 days without being looked at. I happened to email Paula just to let her know how much her expert individual customer service was so missed and absent from this incident. Within minutes she helped me to arrange a tow (out of state) to her dealership in Edison NJ. My car was fixed the same day it arrived at her service department and was driven back to my home in NY by 2 gentlemen from Ray Catena MB. I never contacted Paula with the intent that this intervention was a remote possibility. I never asked her to take my car. She just does for the customer even when it is not expected . I recommended a business acquaintance with with the utmost of confidence to Paula. He ultimately purchased a vehicle from her and echoes my praises of her dedication to each and every customer. Paula is an asset to your dealership and a profound representation of the Mercedes Benz Corporation. More
