I had the great pleasure of working with the "PAULA GAILLARD", I was referred to her by not one, but a few of my family members that raved over Paula's exceptional service and expertise. It's safe to say it's now become a family tradition, whenever any of my family members or friends wants to BOSS up and get a "BIG BOY" or a "BIG GIRL" (a luxury car with the luxury experience)we refer them directly to the boss lady that gets things done! Do yourself a favor, & go see Paula!!! I just traded my Mercedes Benz GLE 350 for a newer Mercedes Benz over this past weekend, and this by far was the most smoothest and easiest process ever, kiss those hours sitting in a dealership getting swayed by sleazy car salesman that just wants to make a sale, GOOD BYE! I was able to trade in my current GLE with no issues. From the moment I first met with Paula, I was immediately impressed how she handled and carried herself around the big boys, first & foremost she's the first female car sales woman I ever worked with, so I felt very comfortable, she ensured me woman to woman she would go above & beyond to secure my desired car, we spoke and broke down numbers, provided guidance, answered all my questions, explained all the details of the entire process down to a T, even down to the final price, it was exactly as negotiated with the trade in and all, no gimmicks, last minute surprises, no curve xxxxx, I repeat my baby was EXACTLY THE NEGOTIATED PRICE! Paula is very honest, very professional, very knowledgeable, & I must say VERY PATIENT, she pays attention to every detail that I was interested in, she even impressed me with details that even I, myself didn't know I wanted, better yet what I needed in my new GLE. PAULA DELIVERED!!! She found the perfect match within my budget before I even arrived. Once she showed me, my new baby in the showroom, I WAS SOLD!!! She had Billy walk me through all the steps connecting my phone, downloading the "Mercedes Connect Me App", utilizing all the new and upgraded features on my new baby. The level of the team customer service & the mannerism of the whole dealership was beyond my expectations. I will recommend Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz to all my family and friends, you deserve the luxury experience you'll receive purchasing your luxury car at this dealership, especially the luxury stellar 5-star experience I received with Paula Gaillard.
