This is the third Mercedes I have purchased through this dealership and each time has been the same. I left there feeling that the people that work there are more interested in you as a person rather than dealership and each time has been the same. I left there feeling that the people that work there are more interested in you as a person rather than just making a sale. The fact that my first purchase was over 5 years ago and when I walk in to the dealership now I see many of the same faces speaks volumes about the dealership. As far as the sales consultant, Paula Gaillard is tops, a true professional. She is more concerned about matching you up with a car that meets all your requirements and needs rather than just making a sale. She is willing to answer any and all questions you might have and never once glanced at her watch. She makes you feel that when you leave, you might have purchased a car but for certain you have made a friend or in my case, reunited with one. More

I decided to try Ray Catena Edison as a recommendation from a friend; in addition to my own research. I came in with little hope because the car market doesn’t really make sense right now. Unfortunately, from a friend; in addition to my own research. I came in with little hope because the car market doesn’t really make sense right now. Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase my old 2019 c300 because of an accident and was on an extend lease at that time. I came in and was paired with Paula and we started looking at cars. There was limited inventory as some cars have sold and very few were being delivered. The initial deal was not within my budget and we tried to make several adjustments to no avail. Paula recommended other cars that seemed reasonable and cost efficient; however I was not interested. We finally came to a conclusion and I did have to go above my initial limits to get the car I wanted. Paula was very patient and understanding and I truly appreciated her service. We were at the dealership past closing and she continued to have the same energy she had when I first arrived. We sealed the deal and I was able to take my car home that day. I would definitely recommend Paula to anyone interested in a car at Ray Catena Edison and hope to use her expertise for future sales. She’s very passionate, understanding, caring, and pleasant. I’d also like to give a s/o to Craig Harris. We were speaking via email initially and he was very helpful and answered all my questions big and small.
