Jeremy was so professional and courteous I used him twice for each of my girls. I left something in my car and he went in early to retrieve it before the car left the lot. New Lease I am a returning customer of Westbury Toyota. I leased my first vehicle, a 2017 Highlander, 3 years ago. As that lease was coming to an end, I reached I am a returning customer of Westbury Toyota. I leased my first vehicle, a 2017 Highlander, 3 years ago. As that lease was coming to an end, I reached out to Carlos Umana, who was extremely helpful the first time around. Carlos offered me a great deal I could not resist on the all new 2020 Highlander, and at the same time, took care of everything when it came to returning my previous lease. Before coming in Paulette sent me an email with a link for the credit application which was super easy and fast to complete. When I showed up to the dealership my new Highlander was outside waiting for me. As I entered I was greeted by Carlos, who sent me in to finance to sign a few forms, while he transferred my plates. Carlos and Paulette made the process super easy and quick. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable about the Toyota product and knows how to treat a customer right! I am extremely pleased with my experience at Westbury Toyota and would recommend it to anyone in the search for a Toyota Vehicle. More

Ask For Jeremy My son was intent on leasing a 2019 Rav 4 even though there were other less expensive lease options out there. I agreed on his ultimate choice only because of the bundle of safety features Toyota packs into their cars in general. So after much research and two absolutely horrible experiences with two other dealers utilizing old style ‘stereo-typical’ new car dealership tactics & practices, we zeroed in on Westbury Toyota. My first contact was with Paulette from their internet sales department. I asked her point blank if she was actually physically present in the dealership so that the details we had already gone over in chat/email/text could be verified once I made the actual trip to the dealership. This is important because many dealerships employ an off-site, private sub-contractor company working out of a boiler room location to get you in the door and all of the specifics that were previously discussed are no longer applicable since that person is not actually there to answer for their presented information. So basically all bets are off and you have to start the buying information process from scratch. But true to her word Paulette was in fact there, came out as soon as I arrived and turned me over to a floor salesman by the name of Jeremy, which at the end of the day was the best thing she could have done for the dealership and me as well, since Jeremy was the singular reason we ultimately chose to do business with this dealership. We found Jeremy to be a bright, energetic young man with a considerable amount of interpersonal skills. We also found him to operate on the ‘modern-day’ new car salesman model as opposed to the ‘old school’ game show host types which I could tell there were still a few hanging on and haunting this dealership. I am sure this is what probably accounts for the majority of the negative reviews for this dealership. In one of the reviews one of them was quoted as saying ‘We don’t chase customers’ which is very good – very good that is for all the other dealerships & internet outlets out there, it is only a matter of time before this type of car salesman goes the way of the dinosaur. In our dealings with Jeremy, besides his calm easy going demeanor we were most impressed with his honesty and integrity. If he did not know the answer to a question he was secure enough to just say so and then go get the information and at the very end of the whole process when it came time to formally close the deal there were no last minute surprises or changes to what was originally presented to us by him during the negotiations. If you choose to car shop at this dealership I would strongly recommend you call and make an appointment to deal with Jeremy exclusively, you will at the very least be treated as a person and valued customer and not a potential ‘mark’. More
