John Barr at Findlay Toyota in Henderson isn't what he advertises to be after all. We honestly thought highly of him after seeing so many years worth's of commercial advertising and even being being featu advertises to be after all. We honestly thought highly of him after seeing so many years worth's of commercial advertising and even being being featured on Fox 5 helping with donations for the community. We really thought if anyone could help us he would. Unfortunately we were dead wrong. I went up there seeking his help seeing how I was screwed over very badly from David Wilson's Toyota on East Sahara. They got me distracted and made sure I never saw the true price they were charging me for what was supposed to be a new car that turn out to be a demo slash used car and charged me double then what a person would pay for a new car. Everything they gave me was put on a usb chip instead of actual paperwork. Seeking John's help we were hoping he could he could find a way to help make a bit better. I explained our whole situation to him and... well instead of him helping us he referred us to Rick Glenn who at the time seemed eager and willing to help. But another manager intervened named payam hamzehi. Apparently him and Rick Glenn share the same position so rick even though wanting to know more and help was brushed to the side. Now it's all mr. Payam. The best mr. Payam wanted to do was practically wanting to screw me over even more. I was given 2 options. He decided option A, how about let increase my amount owed from 33k to 48k and monthly payments from 600 to 700 a month and he'll swap out my Toyota Corolla to a Toyota Camry. Yeah... like that's a real help. Then there's option B. You pay upfront 11k cash and we'll swap out your Toyota Corolla you have now with a new Toyota Corolla fresh from the factory, but you'll have to be put on a waiting list. Your payment will go down a bit and you'll have a new car! Yeah... how is that any different from just me making an 11k payment from what I owe now? So all in all. John Barr who we thought would help us, does not live up to the representation he shows. He'll send you to what was supposed to be a person that'll help you who was Rick Glenn but you'll just cut off and screwed over again by good old payam hamzehi. Thanks for nothing guys. Good to know you really give a dam about us hard working law abiding citizens. NOT!! More

I scheduled an appointment online through TrueCar. com to view a Camry Hybrid for Saturday, December 10th, at 10 AM. I was contacted by an agent twice that week, confirming I’d be there. That morning I com to view a Camry Hybrid for Saturday, December 10th, at 10 AM. I was contacted by an agent twice that week, confirming I’d be there. That morning I confirmed with him I was on my way and that I’d let him know when I had arrived. I texted him and waited for him in the lobby. He was busy with another customer and passed me off to an Internet Sales Manager to assist me. I informed him what car I was interested in test driving. He proceeded to talk me out of a hybrid stating, “You’d pay 5 or 6K more just to save $10.00 on gas.” I test-drive the 2023 Camry, and it still didn’t have all the features I wanted, like seat warmers and push-to-start. I called my father to inform him of what the manager had said and the warranty package he was offering to see if I should go through with the purchase (Seeing as I am a female and this is my first car purchase on my own). I went to the reception desk to have him paged, waited 10 minutes, and he never showed up. After waiting, I asked to work with a different sales consultant. I was introduced to James Taylor by his sales manager James lol, around 11:05 AM. I explained what happened earlier with the other two consultants and my interest in the Camry Hybrid they had in stock. I had a goal of sticking with purchasing a new car or a car within the last five-year timeframe with low mileage, leather interior, heated seats, blind spot monitors, and Apple Car play. He answered my questions while checking out a 2020 Camry Hybrid XLE. I test-drove it and loved it. I asked Mr. Taylor if he had to purchase a car for his daughter and what kind it would be. He informed me that he would stick with a Toyota and probably would do the Camry hybrid just based on the car's longevity and its retaining its value so well if I decided to resale. I called my father again and told him about the deal, and Mr. Taylor kindly answered all of my dad’s questions. I informed Mr. Taylor that I’d like to purchase it. We returned inside the dealership, and I ran into the Internet Sales Manager, that never answered the page. He tried to say that Mr. Taylor had to put the other sales guy on the deal. I said no, he doesn’t. He didn’t even check on me to see if I was happy with my dealings with you, and I paged for you, and you never showed up. He denied being paged, yet other sales consultants saw and heard my request that he be paid. I proceeded to complete my purchase with Mr. Taylor, adamant that the original sales consultant be removed. Thankfully, I was able to purchase my car with Mr. Taylor. He honestly is one of the most pleasant sales consultants I’ve met. He made sure that I had water and food for the long process of purchasing a car before Christmas! I’d recommend him 100 times over to friends and family. Work with Mr. James Taylor if you're ever in need of a new car! Tell him Courtney sent you! More

I contacted this dealership when I found myself needing to replace a car unexpectedly. The internet sales team got right on the task of finding what I was looking for and contacted me when a new Camry hyb to replace a car unexpectedly. The internet sales team got right on the task of finding what I was looking for and contacted me when a new Camry hybrid XLE would be available. We negotiated a reasonable price, placed a down payment and was notified when the car was ready to pick up. Had to wait around for a couple of hours because the car had been delivered but wasn't actually ready for pickup. All in all, everyone was professional and no pressure applied. I would purchase here again. More
