Findlay Toyota was very helpful in getting the truck with the right features that i requested. The salesman was very professional and instrumental in making the transaction a reality. I was hoping to get the deal completed within two hours so i get on the road back home. They actually made it happen! Very satisfied with the truck and the experience. Payam needs to improve his after-sale customer service. I purchased an antenna cover but received a wrong size even though VIN was provided. Payam, Aaron and all the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. It seemed to me that there was way to much paperwork and the whole process took hours. I was totally wiped out by the time we left. The important point here isn't that they got it right but the fact they owned up and made it right. I purchased a Rav 4 last week and the dealer prep guys didn't do the window tinting. We did an internet deal. Found out when I got there that the MSRP was not correct as documented by our sales guy--which definitely affected the negotiation.
