Going to a dealership, you never know what you are going to get. If you are going to get a salesman who just wants to make a sale or an honest person who really wants to help you. The first rep did not really listen to me, I didn't feel comfortable, nor was her personable. I was ready to walk out with no car and major disappointment, especially since I had just purchased another car a few month prior to my visit. Luckily, as we walked out, Richard came and spoke to us. He was honest, kind, and helpful. He gave us the information straight and even helped us to work out our deal. I am thankful that he stepped in and not only did he help us to get in a monthly range that we wanted but he also recognized our loyalty to their dealership. I would definitely recommend Claremont Toyota to my family and send them directly to Richard for a no haggle, honest deal. More
