Hany was incredible to work with, he was kind, patient and very professional. His boss (the tall man whose name I do not remember), was a completely rude, awful person and should be removed from his posit and very professional. From the start, I had an out the door budget but it seemed hard to get the point across to my sales person that I did not care about monthly payment or if the vehicle was used, only out the door cost. seemed hard to get the point across to my sales person that I did not care about monthly payment or if the vehicle was used, only out the door cost. After test driving a new car that was clearly out of my budget it seemed like a waste of time even though I did specify that I don't mind a purchasing a used vehicle if it hit my requirements and out the door budget. Once that was understood by my sales person, he took me to look at a used vehicle that was still a bit over budget. I accepted looking at the vehicle because he said the vehicle would have 100k warranty ON TOP of the existing 32k miles already on the vehicle. However, he was incorrect and the Finance Manager corrected that once I already agreed on the price (over my budget). To me, this was not a completely fair negotiation process because I was paying extra for something I thought was getting but did not. Clearly you won the deal because I was worn out enough to accept the $1500 on top of my budget. More
