Justin De Jesus was my sales agent and he was very helpful and courteous. The vehicle I purchased new, is pulling to the right from the day that I drove it off the lot. I called Justin and he schedule helpful and courteous. The vehicle I purchased new, is pulling to the right from the day that I drove it off the lot. I called Justin and he scheduled me to come and have the service department take care of it. He drove my car and confirmed that it is pulling to the right. I waited patiently for service to work on the front wheels alignment of my vehicle. On my way home it was obvious that while the pull to the right was not as bad as it was it is still very noticeable. They worked on it but did not fix it. Sure, I should go there again and spend another day waiting on them to work on it hoping that this time they will fix it but I have not had a free day yet to take care of it. I am very bothered by having had bought a brand new vehicle with a defect and what worse, that the service department is unable to fix it on first try. Something is wrong with this picture and I am not sure where to go with it next. More

I recently bought my new Kia Carnival and received your survey. I was all prepared to tell you about what great service I received from Regal Kia in Lakeland. But it asked what other dealer I’d visited an survey. I was all prepared to tell you about what great service I received from Regal Kia in Lakeland. But it asked what other dealer I’d visited and why I didn’t buy from them. I didn’t get to tell you how pleased I was with our salesman Giovani from Honda Regal where we started. He was able to drive us there in a new odyssey so we could compare it to the carnival. He introduced us to Greg and Chris the general manager who were knowledgeable and friendly. As they were closed on Sunday, a plus in our book, we came back on Monday to bring our son who tested it again. Again everyone was super nice and we were not rushed. We closed and the finance person was super, explaining extra packages but in no way did he pressure. Meanwhile they cleaned it up, gassed it up and Fadahl Zein showed us how to operate it. He discovered in the cleanup that he would have to order the floor mats. He offered to send them in the mail but we said we’d drop by. Within the week they were there. We returned and he topped off the tank and placed the mats in the vehicle for us. This was the best experience I’ve ever had in buying a car and I’m over the moon with our Kia Carnival.
