Brought it in and asked for repainting...The service department got permission for the body shop to repaint my entire roof. They even removed and replaced the windshield..What a surprise. Picked it up after a week, and the entire car was so clean, both inside and outside that it looked showroom new. What a terrific organization. Mr. Koballa shout be proud.. More

Disappointing I was led to believe I was leasing a brand new car with 11 miles on it. We worked out a deal and when I finally got the car it had 311 miles on it. They offered for me to bring back the car with no offer of replacement. Peggy had a sarcastic attitude when she told me I was in the business and I should know better.They should have offered me a replacement vehicle with the same equipment and colors. When I spoke to the salesman he offered me 3 vehicles that I did not want.Poor customer service. More
