Perla was also very professional kind and helpful through the purchasing process. She also took extra time outside the end of her workday to show me some of the features about the vehicle that I was unsure of, Vito was great as well. We had a very professional conversation about the vehicle and pricing between those three Genesis employees, it made it no doubt that I wanted my next purchase to be with Norm Reeves Genesis the customer service is top-notch and very much appreciated.
