We walked onto the lot. With in minutes Germain asked if we needed assistance. After another 15 minutes we were on a test drive. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The most important part to me was that after making a deal, we were out the door in about two hours. The fastest and best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Since the car had just been traded in the day before they had not had a chance to go through it. In one day they did maintenance on the car, cleaned it in and out and wax. The salesperson Ryan played too many games with pricing and didn't give us the value promised on our trade. When I tried to have him price match with Crown Kia he said they were including the military disc and didn't give us the value promised on our trade. When I tried to have him price match with Crown Kia he said they were including the military discount which I found out later that wasn't the case. We wound up overpaying by $600 on our new car as a result. Not pleased. More
