The salesman Jay was excellent. He's a smart rep he knows not to push and has lots of experience. The dealership itself was good had a good selection but the finance guy was less than genuine, in my opinion. not to push and has lots of experience. He kept pushing over and over and over again the extended warranty all the while saying.... I'm not trying to push you. When I said no about five times he kept at it ask me why I would make this decision? My wife who does not like confrontation was upset I just wanted to get out of there so she goes ahead and decides to take one of the plans. On the way home she told me how bad she felt so I let the dealership know I wanted the deal rewritten without the warranty.... And they did that. The price for the car was reasonable but like many dealerships they charge a large dealer fee and of course those dealer fees are nothing but pure profit charging for things they should already do anyway like cleaning the car when it's come onto the lot cetera. So while I would recommend this dealership I would say to go into their finance office with caution. More

He also recommended I buy an extended warrantee which I did. More

Went to look at a Mini Cooper. Arrived at Lokey to be helped Immediately. Looked at car and was very nice. Was told they would fix certain things and we were pleased. Sign papers on a Saturday and were t helped Immediately. Looked at car and was very nice. Was told they would fix certain things and we were pleased. Sign papers on a Saturday and were told we could get the car on Monday. That was fair. Get there Monday to pick up after they called and said to do so. Car wasn't washed well. The headlights they said they were going to get clear and clean were not done. The a\c didn't work which I didn't catch on day of sale because it was cold out. Went back in to asked our salesman about it and found no one. To help or ask what was wrong. Since the sale was complete I feel they didn't care anymore because they already have my money. Customer service was great at first but went straight down the tubes after papers were signed. The experience was like all the rest when you go to buy a car. Nice as pie but after you sign, You're just another victim. I wouldn't suggest Lokey to anyone. More

Car discount pricing is a sham. By the time the sales team negotiate an affordable monthly payment with you, then they turn you over to the financial guy to add on the taxes and xxxxxxxx dealer fees that team negotiate an affordable monthly payment with you, then they turn you over to the financial guy to add on the taxes and xxxxxxxx dealer fees that are not part of the monthly fees. A total sham of a dealership. Sorry I was having my car repaired and discovered the problem that forced me to look at a new car at the time. Just a very deceptive team effort. Try somewhere else that can be more honest and try not to xxxx you as much. More
